CHARACTer Builders
AGE 9 - 12 YRS
Every child has a voice. Children find strength and gifts through performance. We embrace uniqueness and individuality in each student, and encourage them to value it in themselves as well as in others. We warm up each class with tongue twisters and physical stretching to get the body warm and open to expression, and close each class with positive quotes and inspiring words. We will explore storytelling through movement, trust work, drama games, and scripted text, etc. Throughout the semester, we rehearse monologues and/or scenes to be performed during the last class in front of invited guests. Improv will be part of the class every other week.

*UPPER LEVEL* - GEARED TOWARD THE YOUNG ACTOR READY TO TAKE THEIR WORK TO THE NEXT LEVEL. MIXED LEVEL KIDS/ ON CAMERA
AGES 9 -12YRS. This class is for the young actor who has PRIOR TRAINING in basics but is interested in gaining stronger audition skills and acting techniques for TV & film work. Improv will also be a part of their training as it encourages them to think outside the box, get out of their heads and into the present moment.
