CHARACTer Builders
AGE 9 - 12 YRS
Every child has a voice. Children find strength and gifts through performance. We embrace uniqueness and individuality in each student, and encourage them to value it in themselves as well as in others. We warm up each class with tongue twisters and physical stretching to get the body warm and open to expression, and close each class with positive quotes and inspiring words. We will explore storytelling through movement, trust work, drama games, and scripted text, etc. Throughout the semester, we rehearse monologues and/or scenes to be performed during the last class in front of invited guests. Improv will be part of the class every other week.

MONDAY CLASS
*UPPER LEVEL* - GEARED TOWARD THE YOUNG ACTOR READY TO TAKE THEIR WORK TO THE NEXT LEVEL. PRIOR TRAINING REQUIRED. 6 WEEKS (4TH-6TH GRADE) DATE: MONDAYS, NO WINTER SESSION PLANNED AT THIS TIME (ADVANCED KIDS SHOULD CONSIDER SUNDAY 10:30AM CLASS) TIME: 4:00 - 5:30PM INSTRUCTOR: REGINA SCHNEIDER COST: $ 250 MUST GET PERMISSION BEFORE ENROLLING IN MONDAY CLASS
